Transportation of prefabricated buildings

Transport Company "TGS 2000" Ltd. provides freight transportation of construction materials from Europe and the Baltic states in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Important role in these transportation plays transport of pre-fabricated modular structures (buildings). Increasing volume of such traffic associated with the economic development of regions, with the construction of large industrial objects and gas mains.

Delivery of prefabricated modular buildings from the European countries has a number of features and implemented LLP "TGS 2000" due to the following logistic schemes:

1. 1. RAILWAY-RAILWAY

  • wagons or platforms supply on a branch station of the sender of the plant and loading of cargo;
  • Ships supply from the sender to the border crossing and overweight in cars, gondola or platform broad gauge;
  • reliable fastening parts of prefabricated modular buildings in the cars in the company LLP "TGS 2000": packing with the cargoes securely fastened in the gondola cars (platforms), and cavities are occupied by special constructions, which impede the shift of the packaging, which guarantees the integrity and security of cargo in transit to the recipient;
  • delivery of cargo to the destination station in Kazakhstan (or any other country in Central Asia).

2.AUTO-Railway

  • trucks supply to the sender factory and loading of cargo;

There are a number of specific features of mobile transportation of prefabricated modular buildings. These are tough requirements for packaging and transportation of such products: Part of pre-fabricated modular buildings are very sensitive to deformation. When careless transportation, they can easily be damaged. Therefore, the work of loading, unloading and reloading of the cargo from one vehicle to another require special care. When transporting by motor transport it is need to use trucks with air suspension, and transport by rail is necessary to ensure quality packaging and secure fastening to promote preservation of the cargo.

Employees LLP "TGS 2000" perform all work necessary to ensure the quality of transportation:

  • free advice on all matters of transportation, development of optimal routing and circuit loading;
  • registration of IARS;(International Agreement about Railway Service);
  • re-registration and check that the necessary certificates and permits;
  • payment of freight charges on the territories of the countries of Europe and the CIS;
  • overload in the broad gauge wagons;
